AOSIF Isuzu series genset adopts FotonIsuzu engine. Perfectly combining with ISUZU technology, FOTON4JB1 series diesel engines are renowned throughout the power generationindustry for high performance, compact design and competitive cost. FOTON 4JB1is the ideal power solution for15-30kW diesel genset application.

Our Isuzu Gensetenjoys of outstanding reliability. Cooperating with AustrianAVL, we strengthened the intensity of the cylinder liner to avoid heat distortion. The crankshaft is forged byalloy steel to guaranteeit lasts 3 times longer than those made in cast-iron. The maximum ambient temperatureof radiator is up to 50℃, which allows our ISUZU engine powered diesel generatorset to work well in warmer areas such as Africaand the Middle East.

The fuel pump cavities on the Isuzudiesel genset are made by integral foundry technology,which ensures higher pump discharged pressure and better pulverization. It has a 93 mmcylinders bore diameter. Lowdisplacement and high compression ratio and lowest fuel consumption, less than 213g/kW.h, what makes our diesel generator set a great power saver. AVL patented design of ball and firebox enables more sufficient mix of fueland air.

Eco-friendly Features of the ISUZU Genset

1. The pistons have different weight and the lightest weights less than 8g.
2.The counterbalancefor crankshaft is less than 30g.cm, which turns out better stability.
3. The noise produced by the ISUZU enginepowered diesel generator set, onemeter away, is less than 92dB (A).
4. The piston gap and cylinder sleeve is strictlycontrolled under 0.027- 0.045mm to reduce mechanical noise.
5. The oil sump is made from double-deck steelplate with sound- absorbing material inside.
6. Die-casting Aluminum is used for timing-gearcase cover and valve-chamber cover to reduce mechanical noise.
