The cement kiln is themain equipment for calcining cement clinker and itcan be used in the cement industry, metallurgy industry, chemical industry,etc. The cement kiln is composed of a shell, supporting device, supportingdevice with thrust roller, driving device, movable kiln head, sealing device atkiln tail, combustion device, etc.It has a simple structure and reliable operation, and the production process ofthe cement kiln can be controlled easily.
Working Principle of the Cement Kiln
Through technical renovations, the cement kiln calciningsystem equipment uses an advanced hydraulic thrust roller device, highmeasuring precession plunger pump, variable speed adjusted valve, contactgraphite block sealing device, and other national advanced technologies. Inorder to raise the automation degree, an industrial TV is used at the kilnhead for monitoring of the kiln and a simulation phosphor screenis used for display of process flow. An infrared scanning system is usedfor the calcining zone to directly reflect theburning conditions on the computer.
With the use of these new technologies, it is direct in vision, convenient inoperation, and reliable in use. The thermal condition can be stabilized and therunning rate of equipment can be raised. Compared to same the sized equipment,the cement kiln running rate has been raised 10%, production has been increased5-10%, and heat consumption has been reduced 15%.
