The auto-combustiondevice providing heat resource for our rotary drum dryer uses a down-flowheating method. When the mineral materials are fed into the cylinder, it flowsdown as a result of gravity. The materials are repetitively scattered in theair so they are in full contact with the hot air and is dried gradually.
The rotary drum dryer is composed of a cylinder, under frame, feeding anddischarging devices, transmission device, gear cover, etc. (Optional auxiliaryequipment includes a combustion chamber, feeder and discharging device, anddust collection equipment).
The rotary drum dryer we manufacture uses a new lifting plate, with functionsof guiding, current-sharing, and material raising. Thematerials are raised and evenly drop so they are in full contact with heat forbetter drying efficiency. Our rotary drum dryer is designed with the bestworking conditions, enabling it to save 10-15% of energy and increaseproductivity 10-15%, compared with common dryers.
