Our rotary kiln is the main equipment for calciningcement clinker and it can be used widely for cement industry, metallurgyindustry, chemical industry, etc. The rotary kiln is composed of the shell, thesupporting device with thrust roller, the driving device, the movable kilnhead, the sealing device at kiln tail, the combustion device, etc. It hassimple structure and reliable operation, at the same time the productionprocess of the rotary kiln can be controlled easily.
Application
The rotary kiln belongs to building materialequipment, which can be divided into cement kiln, metallurgy chemical kiln andlime kiln according to different materials. The cement kiln isused for making of cement clinker and there are dry and wet methods to makecement. The metallurgy chemical kiln is used for magnetic roasting of ironore and oxidizing roasting of chrome and nickel in the steel factory, bakinghigh-alumina mine in the refractory material factory; baking chamotte and alumina in the aluminum factory and bakingchrome ore and chrome powder in the chemical plant.

Through the technical renovations, the rotary kiln calcining system equipment made has adopted the advancedhydraulic thrust roller device, the high precision plunger metering pump,the variable speed adjusted valve, the contact graphite block sealing deviceand the other national advanced technologies. In order to improve automation degree, theindustrial TV has been used at the kiln head for monitoring of rotary kiln, the simulation phosphor screen has been used for display ofprocess flow and the infrared scanning system has been adopted for calcining zone to directly reflect the burning conditionson the computer. With the use of these new technologies, it is direct in vision,convenient in operation and reliable in use. Therefore, the thermal conditioncan be stabilized and the running rate of equipment can be increased.Compared to the same sized equipment, its running rate has been increased by 10%, production has been increased by 5-10% and theheat consumption has been reduced by 15%.
