Features
Glass fiberreinforced plastics spiral rotary chute is the national new type equipment developed in 1977 combining with features of spiral ore washer,spiral chute, shaking table and centrifugal ore separator. Our spiral chute is the ideal equipmentfor mining or selection mine, especially in seashore, riverside, sand beach orcreek. Our spiral chute has reasonable structure, simple installation, smalloccupation, easy operation, stable and clear selection, large capacity, highefficiency, high enrichment selection ratio and recovery, stable running etc. Besides, it has the advantagesof light weight, dampproof, and antirust, and corrosion resistance, highadaptability of feeding ores in different thickness, size and grade.
Working Principle of Our Spiral Chute
First, stick up the spiral chute, adjust vertical line, and fix it to aproper place with hob or timber. Then, deliver the ore slurry to the twofeeding opening at top of the spiral chute with the help of sand pump and addsupplementary water to adjust slurry thickness. After that, slurry spirallyflows down automatically, during which an inertial centrifugal force is formed.Under the action of rotary stream and centrifugal force, the ore and sand canbe separated according to the slurry's different specific gravity, grain sizeand shape. Next, ore concentration flows to the final ore hopper and isdischarged via a pipe, and final sand flows to final sand hopper and then isconveyed to sand pond by a pipe and removed by a sand pump.
