Our stone crushing plant is suitable for crushing a variety of materials,such as limestone,granite, basalt, river pebble, etc. Currently it is widely used inhydroelectric power, building materials, highways, urban construction, andother industries.

Process Flow of OurStone Crushing Plant
Large stone materials are evenly fed into the jaw crusher by vibrating feeder forprimary crushing, after which the materials are conveyed to the impact crusherby belt conveyor for further crushing. Then, the crushed materials are conveyedto the vibrating screen for screening and grading. The particles that meet thedesired size requirement  are sent to thefinished product stockpile, and those don’t satisfy the size requirement aresent to the impact crusher to be crushed again. This process will continueuntil the final particles satisfy the size requirement.


The main machinery is in nude packing and spares parts are packed in wooden orsteel box. The standard export packing is suitable for long distance delivery.
