We offer both wet type rod mill and dry type rod mill for customers to choosefrom. Our rod mill has reached international advanced level in terms of performance. It is widely used in refractory material,chemical, metallurgy, glass, sand making and other industries which require high degree of final particle uniformity.
Features
1. To better grind the material,our rod mill uses more appropriate grinding medium.
2. It adopts line contact, instead of traditional surface contact, achieving higherdegree of uniformity.
3. If used in coarse grinding applications, ourrod mill offers higher capacity than ball mill of the same specification.
Working Principle
The rod mill contains a cylinder with grinding mediumsteel rod. Thematerial to be ground continuously enters the cylinder via the inlet. Under the centrifugaland friction force, steel rod is first thrown high and thenfalls back onto the material, thus achieving the grinding purpose.
