WorkingPrinciple of Our Coal Gasification Equipment
The solid fuel can be gasified intocombustible gas with vapor medium. Because the vapor medium is mixture, theoutput is mixed combustible gas which is called mixed gas. Hot gas producedafter primary dust removal is conveyed to gas heating furnace nozzle and erupts firing, with the oxygen supply of hot air conveyedfrom hot air pipe around the furnace. This generates high temperature to heatthe furnace and reach the furnaces required heat value. The temperature is veryhigh even because the inner fuel is gas.
