WorkingPrinciple of Our Flotation Machine
When flotation machine works, the slurry is inhaledfrom the bottom of the trough to the space between impellers. Meanwhile,the low pressure air sent by afan is blown to this area through the air distributor in thehollow shaft. After the air and slurry is sufficiently mixed,the slurry pushedout by the impeller, and then goes to themineralized zone to form mineralized froth. When the froth risesto the stable level, after the enrichment processing, froth overflows to thefroth trough from the overflow weir. The slurrythat hasn’t been mineralized will flow to lower part of impeller to undergo the whole process again. The remained slurryflows to the next trough until becomes residue.
