Working Principle ofOur Impact Crusher
Our impact crusher is a machine whichbreaks materials using the impact energy. Driven by powermotor, the rotor rotates with a high speed. When the materialsget into hammer impacting area, they are impacted by the hammer onthe rotor and then thrownonto the impact plate, and crushed. After that theyspring back to hammer impacting area from impact plate to take crushing again. Thisprocedure repeats itself. The materials get into 1, 2, 3 impact cavities frombig to small to take repeated crushing. When the materialis crushed to the required size, it's discharged from the outlet. Thematerial's discharging size and shape can be changed through adjusting the gapbetween impact frame and rotor.
