The spiral classifiermainly includes four main types, including high weir single spiral classifier,high weir double spiral classifier, submerged single spiral classifier andsubmerged double spiral classifier. It has found a wide variety of applications. For example, the spiralclassifier can be used together with ball mills to form closed circuits for the distribution of ores. In addition, it is used for grading ores and fine mud in gravity separation plants. Also, the spiralclassifier can be used for de-slimingand dehydrating operations in ore washing process.

WorkingPrinciple of Spiral Classifier
Accordingto the principle that different grains havedifferent specific gravity and sedimentation rate in the liquid, thefine ore flows in the water and the coarse ore sinks to the bottom. The spiral classifier can filter thematerials and send coarse materials to the feeding mouth of the mill via spiral vanes and discharge the fine material from the overflow pipe.

The main machinery is in nude packing and spares parts arepacked in wooden or steel box. The standard export packing is suitable for longdistance delivery.
