Structure
Our jaw crusher is mainly composedof stander, eccentric shaft, belt pulley, flywheel, movable jaw plate, wristplate, adjustable gap screw, offsetting spring, fixed jaw plate. The wristplate also has the effect of guarding.

WorkingPrinciple of Our JawCrusher
The motor drives the belt and belt pulley to make themoveable jaw move through the eccentric shaft. When movable jaw is rising, theincluded angle between the wrist plate and movable jaw become bigger to drivethe movable plate to be close to the fixed plate. At the same time the material issqueezed and rubbed, rolled to achieve multiple crushing. Whenmovable jaw is descending, the included angle between the wrist plate andmovable jaw becomes smaller and then the movable plate leaves the fixed plate.Thus, the crushed material is discharged from the crushing cavity. With thecontinuous rotation of the motor, the movable jaw crushes, discharges thematerial periodically to realize batch production.
