The limestone ball mill is a high pressure suspension mill. Itis used for high fine milling of more than 280 kinds of materials that are found in industries such asmines, metallurgy, chemicals, building materials, etc. In addition to limestone, the ball mill cangrind barite, ceramic, slag, and other materials whose Mohshardness is not greater than 9.3 and humidity is below 6%. The final limestone powder can be used in powerplant desulfurization, construction, road building and beneficiation applications.

Afterthe material is reduced to the required size by the jaw crusher, it is sent tothe storage hopper by the elevatorand then is continuously fed into the grinding chamber of the limestone ballmill by the vibrating feeder. The material is scooped up and sent to the grindingzone formed by grindingroller and grinding ring,where the centrifugal force caused due to rotation makes the grinding rollerswing outward and press on the grinding ring, thus achieving grinding ofmaterials. Our limestoneball mill is equippedwith a high pressure spring, which results in the grinding pressure between the grinding roller andgrinding ring increasing by 1.2 times, thereby significantly increasing milling efficiency.

The main machinery is in nude packing and spares parts arepacked in wooden or steel box.The standard export packing is suitable for long distancedelivery.
