Our quick-operation and high-pressure 1250 PP membrane filterpress is developed on the base of program controlled automatic membrane filterpress. All components including the feed pump, hydraulic power pack, plate shiftingdevice, valves and conveyors are guided by the logic in PLC. The mostoutstanding feature of this chamber filter press is that it can open six platesat one time, which ensures high work efficiency. Air pressing or water pressingcan be selected for squeezing filter plate with pressure ranging from 1.2Mpa to1.6Mpa. This pressing process is designed for reducing moisture content in cakeand increase solid rate by 8%-35%.

Other special and automatic systems, such as the filter cloth washing system,filtrate collecting system, filter cloth shaking system, and drip tray system,can also be added to this new PP membrane filter press to achieve morefunctions.

Applications
Our quick-operation andhigh-pressure PP membrane filter press is a piece of equipment used forseparating the sludge, slurry or fluid containing solids. It consists of aseries of plates covered with filter cloth or filter screens, and a manual orhydraulic closure device required. The closure device presses the platestogether to create a sealed unit, and then the sludge is trapped between theplates, allowing the filtered liquid to be discharged.

This new PP membrane filter press is commonly adopt in the solid-liquidseparation process of coal washing, sewage treatment, and can be widely used inthe metallurgy, foodstuff, energy source, alcohol, textile, pharmaceutical,inorganic salt, chemical, light industries, as well as the field of environmentprotection.

Material
The filter plate of our new PP membrane filter press is made of strengthenedpolypropylene that is imported from Finland, and is shaped through moldpressing. It is high in strength, light in weight, corrosion-resistant,non-poisonous and odorless.

The frame of our filter press is constructed by CO2 welding with carbon steelQ235B (C0.12~0.20% Mn0.30~0.670Si≤0.30S≤0.045P≤0.045). The surface is treatedby shot blasting and covered by epoxy coating or stainless steel 304.
