Our quick-operation and high-pressure 1500 PP membranefilter press is developed on the base of program controlled automatic membranefilter press. All components including the feed pump, hydraulic power pack,plate shifting device, valves and conveyors are guided by the logic in PLC. Themost outstanding feature of this chamber filter press is that it can open sixplates at one time, which ensures high work efficiency. Air pressing or waterpressing can be selected for squeezing filter plate with pressure ranging from1.2Mpa to 1.6Mpa. This pressing process is designed for reducing moisturecontent in cake and increase solid rate by 8%-35%.

Other special and automatic systems, such as the filter cloth washing system,filtrate collecting system, filter cloth shaking system, and drip tray system,can also be added to this new PP membrane filter press to achieve morefunctions.

Applications
Our quick-operation and high-pressure PP membranefilter press is a piece of equipment used for separating the sludge, slurry orfluid containing solids. It consists of a series of plates covered with filtercloth or filter screens, and a manual or hydraulic closure device required. Theclosure device presses the plates together to create a sealed unit, and thenthe sludge is trapped between the plates, allowing the filtered liquid to bedischarged.

This new PP membranefilter press is commonly adopt in the solid-liquid separation process of coalwashing, sewage treatment, and can be widely used in the metallurgy, foodstuff,energy source, alcohol, textile, pharmaceutical, inorganic salt, chemical,light industries, as well as the field of environment protection.

Material
The filter plate of our new PP membrane filter press is made of strengthenedpolypropylene that is imported from Finland, and is shaped through moldpressing. It is high in strength, light in weight, corrosion-resistant,non-poisonous and odorless.

The frame of our filter press is constructed by CO2 welding with carbon steelQ235B (C0.12~0.20% Mn0.30~0.670Si≤0.30S≤0.045P≤0.045). The surface is treatedby shot blasting and covered by epoxy coating or stainless steel 304.
