The 2000 membrane filter press is controlled by the electrical panel, and issimple in operation and convenient in maintenance. Our membrane filter pressadopts hydraulic pressing system, with manual plate shifting method. Airpressing or water pressing can be selected for squeezing filter plate withpressure ranging from 1.0Mpa to 1.6Mpa. This pressing process is designed forreducing moisture content in cake and increase solid rate by 8%-35%. The driptray system can also be added to help collecting filtrate.

Applications
Our membrane filter press is a piece of equipmentused for separating the sludge, slurry or fluid containing solids. It consistsof a series of plates covered with filter cloth or filter screens, and a manualor hydraulic closure device required. The closure device equipped in themembrane filter press presses the plates together to create a sealed unit, andthen the sludge is trapped between the plates, allowing the filtered liquid tobe discharged.

The membrane filter press is commonly adopt in the solid-liquid separationprocess of coal washing, sewage treatment, and can be widely used in themetallurgy, foodstuff, energy source, alcohol, textile, pharmaceutical,inorganic salt, chemical, light industries, as well as the field of environmentprotection.

Specifications

Material
The filter plate of ourmembrane filter press is made of strengthened polypropylene and TEP that areimported from Finland,and is shaped through mold pressing. It is high in strength, light in weight,corrosion-resistant, non-poisonous and odorless.

The frame of our filter press is constructed by CO2 welding with carbon steelQ235B (C0.12~0.20% Mn0.30~0.670Si≤0.30S≤0.045P≤0.045). The surface is treatedby shot blasting and covered by epoxy coating or stainless steel 304.
