Our 1500 automatic chamber filter press is simple andsafe to operate. The whole filter press system is automatically controlled bythe PLC panel. All components including the feed pump, hydraulic power pack, plateshifting device, valves and conveyors are guided by the logic in PLC, thusmaking them work more efficiently. Other special and automatic systems, such asthe filter cloth washing system, filtrate collecting system, filter clothshaking system, and drip tray system, can also be added to the automaticchamber filter press to achieve more functions.

Applications
Our automatic chamber filter press is a piece ofequipment used for separating the sludge, slurry or fluid containing solids. Itconsists of a series of plates covered with filter cloth or filter screens, anda manual or hydraulic closure device required. The closure device presses theplates together to create a sealed unit, and then the sludge is trapped betweenthe plates, allowing the filtered liquid to be discharged.

The automatic chamber filter press is commonly adopt in the solid-liquidseparation process of coal washing, sewage treatment, and can be widely used inthe metallurgy, foodstuff, energy source, alcohol, textile, pharmaceutical,inorganic salt, chemical, light industries, as well as the field of environmentprotection.

Material
The filter plate of ourautomatic chamber filter press is made of strengthened polypropylene that isimported from Finland,and is shaped through mold pressing. It is high in strength, light in weight,corrosion-resistant, non-poisonous and odorless.

The frame of our filter press is constructed by CO2 welding with carbon steelQ235B (C0.12~0.20% Mn0.30~0.670Si≤0.30S≤0.045P≤0.045). The surface is treatedby shot blasting and covered by epoxy coating or stainless steel 304.
