Features
The 1500x2000 membrane filter press is controlled by the electrical panel, andis simple in operation and convenient in maintenance. Our membrane filter pressadopts hydraulic pressing system, with manual plate shifting method. Airpressing or water pressing can be selected for squeezing filter plate withpressure ranging from 1.0Mpa to 1.6Mpa. This pressing process is designed forreducing moisture content in cake and increase solid rate by 8%-35%. The driptray system can also be added to help collecting filtrate.

Applications
Our membrane filter press is a piece of equipment usedfor separating the sludge, slurry or fluid containing solids. It consists of aseries of plates covered with filter cloth or filter screens, and a manual orhydraulic closure device required. The closure device equipped in the membranefilter press presses the plates together to create a sealed unit, and then thesludge is trapped between the plates, allowing the filtered liquid to be discharged.

The membrane filter press is commonly adopt in the solid-liquid separationprocess of coal washing, sewage treatment, and can be widely used in themetallurgy, foodstuff, energy source, alcohol, textile, pharmaceutical,inorganic salt, chemical, light industries, as well as the field of environmentprotection.

Material
The filterplate of our membrane filter press is made of strengthened polypropylene andTEP that are imported from Finland,and is shaped through mold pressing. It is high in strength, light in weight,corrosion-resistant, non-poisonous and odorless.

The frame of our filterpress is constructed by CO2 welding with carbon steel Q235B (C0.12~0.20%Mn0.30~0.670Si≤0.30S≤0.045P≤0.045). The surface is treated by shot blasting andcovered by epoxy coating or stainless steel 304.
