Our 1000 automatic chamber filter press is simple andsafe to operate. The whole filter press system is automatically controlled bythe PLC panel. All components including the feed pump, hydraulic power pack, plateshifting device, valves and conveyors are guided by the logic in PLC, thusmaking them work more efficiently. Other special and automatic systems, such asthe filter cloth washing system, filtrate collecting system, filter clothshaking system, and drip tray system, can also be added to the automaticchamber filter press to achieve more functions.

Applications
Our automatic chamber filterpress is a piece of equipment used for separating the sludge, slurry or fluidcontaining solids. It consists of a series of plates covered with filter clothor filter screens, and a manual or hydraulic closure device required. The closure device equipped inthis automatic chamber filter press presses the plates together to create asealed unit, and then the sludge is trapped between the plates, allowing thefiltered liquid to be discharged.

The automatic chamber filter press is commonly adopt in the solid-liquidseparation process of coal washing, sewage treatment, and can be widely used inthe metallurgy, foodstuff, energy source, alcohol, textile, pharmaceutical,inorganic salt, chemical, light industries, as well as the field of environmentprotection.

Material
The filter plate of our automatic chamber filter press is made of strengthenedpolypropylene that is imported from Finland, and is shaped through moldpressing. It is high in strength, light in weight, corrosion-resistant,non-poisonous and odorless.

The frame of our filter press is constructed by CO2 welding with carbon steelQ235B (C0.12~0.20% Mn0.30~0.670Si≤0.30S≤0.045P≤0.045). The surface is treatedby shot blasting and covered by epoxy coating or stainless steel 304.
