Our 2000 automatic chamber filter press is simple andsafe to operate. The whole filter press system is automatically controlled bythe PLC panel. All components including the feed pump, hydraulic power pack, plateshifting device, valves and conveyors are guided by the logic in PLC, thusmaking them work more efficiently. Other special and automatic systems, such as the filter cloth washingsystem, filtrate collecting system, filter cloth shaking system, and drip traysystem, can also be added to the automatic chamber filter press to achieve morefunctions.

Applications
Our automatic chamber filter press is a piece ofequipment used for separating the sludge, slurry or fluid containing solids. Itconsists of a series of plates covered with filter cloth or filter screens, anda manual or hydraulic closure device required. The closure device presses theplates together to create a sealed unit, and then the sludge is trapped betweenthe plates, allowing the filtered liquid to be discharged.

The automatic chamber filter press is commonly adopt in the solid-liquidseparation process of coal washing, sewage treatment, and can be widely used inthe metallurgy, foodstuff, energy source, alcohol, textile, pharmaceutical,inorganic salt, chemical, light industries, as well as the field of environmentprotection.

Material
The filter plate of our automatic chamber filter press is made ofstrengthened polypropylene that is imported from Finland, and is shaped through moldpressing. It is high in strength, light in weight, corrosion-resistant, non-poisonousand odorless.

The frame of our filter press is constructed by CO2 welding with carbon steelQ235B (C0.12~0.20% Mn0.30~0.670Si≤0.30S≤0.045P≤0.045). The surface is treatedby shot blasting and covered by epoxy coating or stainless steel 304.
