2. The automatic tension control system for unwinding can not only realizeconstant unwinding tension control, but also achieve taper tension control asper the slitting requirement.
3. The highspeed slitting machine uses Japanese Mitsuhashi LPC (LinePosition Control) system, which automatically track material edges or linemarks to ensure the correct position of the running material.
4. It adopts pneumatically operated shaftlessclamping cone and hydraulic lift mechanism.
5. Main traction and rewinding sections are separately driven by two vectorcontrol motors. The rewinding traction is controlled by PLC system according tothe preset parameters and rewinding diameter. The control mode is automaticdigital taper control.
6. The rewinding roller is differential air shaft and the slip force canbe adjusted automatically to accommodate thickness variation of materials formulti-roll slitting.
