1. Our4 color flexo printing machine usesdouble station unwinding and rewinding mechanism.
2. The unwinding tension is controlled by magnetic powder brake, and therewinding tension is controlled by magnetic powder clutch.
3. The metercounter can set printing quantity according to customers’requirements. The printing machine will automatically stop when the setquantity is reached or there is no material.
4. The 4color flexo printing machine adopts 360° continuously adjustablelongitudinal register device. Accurate color registration is achieved.
5. The plate cylinder is pneumatically lifted or lowered. It will stir the printing ink automaticallyafter lifting.  
6. The printing ink is transferred by the anilox cylinder.
7. The drying system is reliable and runs at a high speed. It willautomatically break the circuit when the machine stops.
8. The frequency control of motor speed contributes to adapting to differentprinting speeds.
9. There are jog and stop buttons on the plate roller base and materialcollecting rack. This makes it easy to operate the 4 color flexo printing machine when installing plate.
