Features
1. The vertical slitting machine uses a separategeneral control panel, which makes the operation more flexible and convenient.
2. The main motor is equipped with an inverter for speed regulation.
3. The slitting machine offers automatic EPC (edge position correction) forunwinding. In addition, there is photocell for tracking material edges or theline marks.
4. The air expanding shaft is utilized for material unwinding, and theunwinding tension is automatically controlled by magnetic powder brake.
5. The air expanding shaft or optional camshaft is available for materialrewinding, and the rewinding tension is controlled by magnetic powder clutch.
6. The use of pressure roller for rewinding makes the material being rewoundsmoother and more flat.
7. The vertical slitting machinecomes with a trimming removal system.
8. It uses an automatic meter counting device.
9. Disk knife is optional for this machine.
