Features
1. The mainmotor of our horizontal slitting machine is equippedwith an inverter for speed regulation.
2. The separate general control panel makes the operation more flexible andconvenient.
3. The slitting machineoffers automatic EPC (edge position correction) for unwinding. In addition,there is photocell for tracking material edges or the line marks.
4. It is equipped with a trimming removal system.
5. The horizontal slitting machine uses an automatic meter countingdevice.
6. Disk knife is available for option.
7. Air expanding shafts are utilized for material unwinding and rewinding. Theunwinding tension is controlled by magnetic powder brake, and the rewinding tensionis controlled by magnetic powder clutch.
8. The use of pressure roller for rewinding makes the material being rewoundsmoother and more flat.
