1. Our 6 color flexo printing machine uses a 360° continuouslyadjustable longitudinal register device, which helps to achieve accurate colorregistration.
2. The platecylinder is manually lifted or lowered. It will stir theprinting ink automatically after lifting.
3. Theflexo printing machine uses anilox cylinder to transferprinting ink.
4. The 6 color flexoprinting machine comes with a meter counter which can set quantity according tocustomers’ requirements. It will automatically stop when the set quantity isreached or there is no material.
5. The drying system is reliable and runs at a high speed. It willautomatically break the circuit when the machine stops.

8. The unwinding tension is controlled by magnetic powder brake, and therewinding tension is controlled by magnetic powder clutch.
9. There are jog and stop buttons on the plate roller base and material collectingrack. This makes it easy to operate the machine during plate installation.
