Technical Features of the AutomaticBlock Making Machine
1. The automatic block making machine isdesigned with an imported PLC intelligent control system. With human-machineinterface and the control system with safety logic controller, the block makingmachine is able to achieve functions such as production process and faultdisplay, fault diagnosis and treatment, and remote control system updating,etc. Hence, the machine operation is simple, and professionals are not a necessityany more. Common people can operate the machine after a short period oftraining.
2. The block making machine is equipped with imported hydraulic andsealing components, and also uses proportional valves with high dynamicperformance. Thus, the oil level and pressure can be adjusted according toworking requirements, to accurately control the operation of key components.
3. The automatic block makingmachine is designed with a multiple-source vibration system with variablefrequency motor for vibration frequency control. Thus, the block moldingmachine can achieve material feeding at a low vibration frequency, and form theblocks at a high frequency. Also the vibration acceleration can be willfullyadjusted.
4. The block making machine ismade of particular casting components of high accuracy and strength withspecial welding technique, thus it has the characteristics of high rigidity,vibration resistance and durability.
5. The guidepost is made ofparticular steel with high strength, and is chrome plated, thus is highly twistand abrasion resisting.
6. The block making machinehas a special material distribution system. As compared with other machines,this block machine can smoothly finish wet material distribution and materialdistribution while making perforated bricks.
7. The machine adopts four guideposts, accurately controlling theoperation of the press head and the mould. Blocks are formed under bothvibration force and pressure force, and the material feeding unit operates inreciprocating way. As a result, the automatic block making machine has thecharacteristics of fast and uniform material distribution, short molding cycleand high production efficiency. In addition, blocks obtained are of highintensity and strength and accurate size.
8. The automatic block making machine can serve several purposes. Byusing different moulds, it can make blocks of different sizes. It can alsoproduce color pavement brick if equipped with pigment device.
9. The machine adopts mechanism-electricity-hydraulicintegrated technology, to ensure the consistency o f each running process ofthe equipment. As a result, blocks produced are of high stability and lowrejection ratio.
