1. The automatic blockmaking machine is designed with an imported PLC intelligent control system.With human-machine interface and the control system with safety logiccontroller, the block making machine is able to achieve functions such asproduction process and fault display, fault diagnosis and treatment, and remotecontrol system updating, etc. Hence, the machine operation is simple, andprofessionals are not a necessity any more. Common people can operate themachine after a short period of training.
2. The hydraulic and sealing components of our automatic block makingmachine are imported ones, and they use proportional valves with high dynamicperformance. Thus, the oil level and pressure can be adjusted according toworking requirements, to accurately control the operation of key components.
3. The vibrator of this brick making equipment adopts synchronousvibration system with variable frequency motor for vibration frequency control. So, the principle of feeding material withlow frequency and molding products with high frequency is available to get finevibration effect for different material and products. The vibrationacceleration can be willfully adjusted as well.
4. The brick molding machine is made of particular casting components ofhigh accuracy and strength with special welding technique, thus it has thecharacteristics of high rigidity, vibration resistance and durability.
5. The guidepost is made of particular steel with high strength, and ischrome plated, thus is highly twist and abrasion resistance
6. The material distribution machine uses rotated equipment forcing thematerial to be distributed. As compared with other machines, this block machinecan smoothly finish wet material distribution and material distribution whilemaking perforated bricks.
7. Our automatic block making machine adopts four guideposts toaccurately control the operation of the press head and the mould. Products aremolded with vibration on the vibration table. The feeding equipment isreciprocating oriented. As a result, our automatic block making machinefeatures fast and uniform material distribution, short molding cycle and highproduction efficiency. In addition, blocks obtained are of high intensity andstrength, in accurate size.
8. The machine can serve several purposes. By using different mouldsthus, blocks of different sizes can be produced. If equipped with pigmentdevice it can also produce color pavement brick.
9. Our automatic block making machine adopts mechanism-electricity-hydraulicintegrated technology, to ensure the consistency of each running process of theequipment. As a result, blocks produced are of high stability and low rejectionratio.
