1. The automatic block making machine isdesigned with an imported PLC intelligent control system. With human-machine interfaceand the control system with safety logic controller, the block making machineis able to achieve functions such as production process and fault display,fault diagnosis and treatment, and remote control system updating, etc. Hence,the machine operation is simple, and professionals are not a necessity anymore. Common people can operate the machine after a short period oftraining.  
2. The hydraulic andsealing components of our automatic block making machine are imported ones, andthey use proportional valves with high dynamic performance. Thus, the oil leveland pressure can be adjusted according to working requirements, to accuratelycontrol the operation of key components.
3. The vibrator ofour block making machine adopts synchronous vibration system with variablefrequency motor for vibration frequency adjustment. Thus, the principle offeeding material with low frequency and molding products with high frequency isavailable, to get fine vibration effect for different material and products.The vibration acceleration can be willfully adjusted as well.
4. The block molding machine is made of particular casting components ofhigh accuracy and strength with special welding technique, thus it has thecharacteristics of high rigidity, vibration resistance and durability.
5. The guidepost is made of particular steel with high strength, and ischrome plated, thus is highly twist and abrasion resistant.
6. The material distribution machine uses rotated equipment forcing thematerial to be distributed, thus completely resolves the problem ofdistributing wet material and the material for perforated brick making.
7. Our automatic block making machine adopts four guideposts, accuratelycontrolling the operation of the press head and the mould. In addition productsare molded with vibration on the vibration table. The feeding equipment isreciprocating oriented. As a result, our automatic block making machine has thecharacteristics of fast and uniform material distribution, short molding cycleand high production efficiency. In addition, blocks obtained are of highintensity and strength and in accurate size.
8. The machine can serve several purposes. By using different moulds,blocks of different sizes can be produced. It can also produce color pavementbrick if equipped with pigment device.
9. Our automatic block making machine adopts mechanism-electricity-hydraulicintegrated technology, to ensure the consistency of each running process of theequipment. As a result, blocks produced are of high stability and low rejectionratio.
