Bakersinstant dry yeast, A-ONE - 100G is a kind of free-flowing rod-shaped granulewith the color being fawn. Under controlled temperature, it is formed byair-drying a filtered yeast suspension with added rehydration agents. This instant dry yeast for breadbaking is cultivated from a pure strain of baker’s yeast or saccharomyces cerevisiae,with the emulsifier as another ingredient.

Applications
Bakers instant dry yeast, A-ONE - 100G can convert the fermentable sugarpresent in the dough into carbon dioxide and ethanol, so it is especially usedfor the fermentation of dough. The low sugar dough contains 0-7% sugar informula, and the high sugar dough contains 7-18% sugar in formula.

Directions for use
First, dissolve the bakers instant dry yeast, A-ONE - 100G in 35℃-38℃ water, then mix the dissolved yeast intothe flour. Alternatively, you can put the dry yeast into the flour equably.Second, add the right amount of warm water to make the dough ready forfermentation. The best ferment temperature is 35℃-38℃. Generally, the doughfermentation time is 40-60 minutes, and this time can be reduced or extendedaccording to the specific room temperature. Third, shape the dough after thehoneycomb pores appear, and then place it for 5-10 minutes. Finally, put thedough into the food steamer or oven to make the food.
1. Ordinary fermented food
The yeast dosage is 0.3-0.5%of the flour weight, namely 1.5-2.5 grams yeast is added into in each 500gflour.
2. Bread
The yeast dosage is 1.0-1.2%of the flour weight, namely 5.0-6.0 grams yeast is added into each 500g flour.

Storage and transportation
1.
Store the bakers instant dry yeast, A-ONE - 100G in cool and dry places beforeopening the package. Seal up or store it in the refrigerator after opening thepackage.
2. Transport it under cool and dry conditions, and keep it away from anymaterials with strong odor.
