AMNS series low-voltage switchgear is withdrawable switchgear suitable for fields including power plants, electrical substations, petrochemicals, metallurgy, transportation, light industry, as well as residential areas, high-rise buildings. The low-voltage switchgear is applicable to three-phase five-wire electric power systems of AC 50-60Hz, 660V rated voltage and below 5000 A rated current, capable of offering solutions for power generation, transmission, distribution, electrical energy conversion and control. In addition, reactive power compensation of main bus can be achieved through capacitance compensation cabinet.

Features Basic elements of enclosure frames are C-channel profiles, all metal partitions and frame are galvanized while the doors and side panels are high-pressure electrostatic powder coated; MCC enclosure can be provided in one-sided operation or dual-sided operation structure, and each enclosure has three compartments which are segregated from each other; Forged metal panels with ventilation openings are used to segregate drawers between upper and lower layers; All plastic components are halogen-free with leakage resistance of CT1300 level; MCC enclosure has PE earthing system and N neutral conductor that are mounted at bottom and right side of the enclosure, facilitating the connection of earth line and zero voltage line; The is assembled by self-tapping screws to ensure high reliability of earthing; Flame-retardant HDPE plastic panel between enclosures can efficiently prevent electrical faults caused by short circuit; This LV switchgear is configurable with two sets of main bus which can supply power individually or in parallel, as well as to be used as backup power supply; Reliable mechanical interlocking unit is adopted in drawers, and controlled by operation handle; Operation handle can be added with up to three locks for further safety; Technical Parameters
