This soybean milk plate sterilizer is used in the sterilization soybean milk.It has high heat recovery efficiency and low energy consumptionand it has compact structure, easy to handle and maintain. Thesoybean milk plate sterilizer adopts semi-automatic control andautomatic control with PLC system and touch screen display.
The soybean milk platesterilizeris also used for pre-sterilizing raw materials in the production offresh-keeping soybean milk. It can be connected to equipment like separator,homogenizer and flash evaporation degassing machine.
Working Process
Firstly homogenizethe soybean milk at 65℃, and then sterilize at 120℃ for 30s, and finally, cool thesterilized soybean milk to 5℃.
