Common blisterpack are easily to cause static, which would damage the inside component whenthe blister pack contacts with sophisticated electronic products. In order toavoid the damages, antistat is added into the rawmaterial of our antistatic blister pack. Thus, the surface resistance of theplastic pack would be less than 10E11Ω, so therewouldn’t be static any more.

Antistatic blister pack is widely used in electronic industry. Itcan used to pack and effectively protect electronic products that requiremoisture-proof and need to be kept away from static and light, such as all kinds of PC board, integrated circuit, main board,CD-ROM, hard disk, video card, inner memory, CPU and so on.

Antistatic blister pack usually uses PS, PVC, PET andother material as raw material. According to different requirements of products, we could manufactureantistatic blister pack with antistatic resistance from10E11Ω to 10E6Ω. The manufacture of the mold andsamples usually needs only 3 to 6 days, and it takes merely 10 to 25 days forquantity production.
