The vacuumforming storage tray is divided into two types: general type storage tray andheavy duty type storage tray. General type vacuum forming storage tray isusually made of materials like PS, PVC and PET with a thickness ranging from 0.3mm to 1.2mm. Heavy duty type storage tray is generally madeof materials like ABS, HIPS and HDPE with a thickness ranging from 1.2mm to 6 mm. HDPE materialsshould be the ideal choice to make storage trays, however for technologicalreasons, it is often replaced with ABS material by many vacuum formingmanufacturers.

The vacuum forming storage tray produced by our company is made of HDPEmaterial. It benefits from a much longer service life than the one made of ABSmaterial.
