50-1000ml Chemical Packaging(for Low-Viscous Liquid)

The 50-1000ml low viscous liquid packing line is used for filling of low viscous liquid within 1000ml. The packing line is equipped with an automatic bottle unscrambler, filling machine, capping machine, and self-adhesive labeling machine, forming a complete production line. This high speed and high efficiency packing line is widely used for low viscous liquid such as screen washes, soy sauce, vinegar and more.

Features This liquid packing line requires only 3 operators. The highly efficient bottle unscrambler is applicable for flat and round bottles. The size of suitable bottles is adjustable. Bottles dropping from the line will be sent back to the conveyor, and workers responsible for product settling will communicate with operators about unfilled bottles.
The servo volumetric piston filling machine features a high precision. The nozzles will automatically adapt to various bottles and reduce bubble generation.
The rotary capping machine provides a 100 percent pass rate by rejecting uneven or broken caps.
The automatic box packing and sealing machine features an easy operation, increasing production speed. Technical Parameters
