The SRL-Zseries plastic mix unit is used for blending, coloring, and drying variousresins, like polythene (PE), polypropylene, and polyvinyl chloride (PVC);drying and dehydration before moulding of such engineeringplastics as ABS and polycarbonate; as well as mixing of phenol resins and aldehyde resins.

Features
The plastic mix unit works bycombining hot mixing and cold mixing techniques. The materials go through hotmixing before automatically undergoing cold mixing. With materials coolingdown, the plastic mixing equipment not only expels residual gas but can preventagglomeration.
