The PVC grooveextrusion machine is used for the production of weather seal strips for doorsand windows, PVC wiring ducts, PVC grooves, wood-plastic foaming boards, and more.Based on the specific profile section and mold design being used, a specifictwin screw plastic extruder of the corresponding dimension, together with thevacuum shaping table, hauling machine, cutting machine, stacker and otherauxiliary equipment, is used. The PVC groove extrusion machine reaches anoutput of 100kg/h-150kg/h.

1. The cylinder of the PVC groove extrusionmachine utilizes a cast aluminum heating coil and wind cooling system, withfast, uniform heat transmission.
2. Differentscrews are use for differentformulas, to ensure good plasticizing effects.
3. The reduction gearbox and distribution box use Wafangdianbearings and imported oil seals, and the gearwheels are made of quality alloysteel treated with nitrogen.
4. The specially designed reduction box and distribution box offer reinforcedthrust bearings, high driving torque, and long lifetime.

5. The vacuum shaping table uses a powerfuleddy-current cooling system so as to achieve good cooling and shaping effect.The special horizontal tilt control and three-dimensional control systemfacilitate easier operation. 
6. The hauling machine utilizes unique lifting technology and back pressurecontrol of the upper and lower tracks to provide stable operation, highreliability and good traction. The cutter is capable of automatic fixed-lengthcutting and comes with a dust collection device.
