NPD-FP Solar Water Heater

KD-NPD-FP solar water heater is a combination of a flat plate solar collector, non-pressurized water tank, and automatic controller.
Kaidun flat plate solar collector KD-SC-FP consists of an absorber, cover glass, insulation layer, and shell. The metal absorbing plate with coating is welded on the red copper pipe. The cold water or the medium liquid is heated when it moves through the pipe. The transparent cover glass allows visible light to pass through and blocks the far infrared. This allows sunlight to pass through the cover glass and reach the absorber to produce heat, but the far infrared resulting from the radiation of the heat absorber is kept inside. The result is reduced heat loss, and the heat-absorbing efficiency and the temperature of the absorber can be increased.
There are usually three kinds of coatings: anodizing, black chrome coating, and blue titanium coating. In areas with winter temperatures above 0℃, a system of direct-heating of cold water is applicable, but in areas with winter temperature below 0℃, a liquid medium can be added to the system to heat cold water indirectly as an alternative.
