1. Our slittingmachine is designed with variable frequency control system and has startbuffering, auto stop, and counting functions.
2. Its unwinding control system comes with automatic tension controller andmagnetic powder brake, which can ensure constant unwinding tension.
3. Rewinding unit of out slitting equipment uses digital taper tension controlsystem to control taper.
4. The variable frequency vector motor is utilized for traction system drive, thusachieving constant linear velocity.
5. Air pressure type shaftless clamp and hydraulicascending and descending system are utilized for raw material loading andunloading, and the width is electrically controlled.
6. Our slitting machine can operate with a straight knife or a round knife.
7. Unwinding position correction system adopts air and hydraulic type EPCposition correction system.
8. The slitting machine comes with separated structure design, which increasemachine stability and ensures easy operation.
9. New type guide roll reduces the resistance to raw materials.
10. New type material unloading system enable theslitting machine to unload materials conveniently.
