The traction unit of the multi-layer film blowing machinecan swing horizontally at 180 degrees. By means of swinging of traction unit,films can be produced without die head rotation. This voids problems such asrequiring of long channel for rotating die head, difficult sealing for themelt, easy material leakage, uneven heating, difficult maintenance, andimprecision film thickness, etc., and this helps simplify the recipe for multi-layer film and reducesproduction technical difficulty.
The multi-layer film blowing machine is also available with IBC (InternalBubble Cooling) system, so as to produce film with higher transparency andbetter all around performance. Plastic films produced by our film blowingmachinery come with great flatness, high size precision and can meet high speedprinting demands.
