Bangtail film blowing machine can use LDPE,HDPE and LLDPE materials to make various packaging materials such as plasticbags, external packing film and shrink film, mulching film, etc. With rationalstructure, it is energy saving and easy for maintenance.
The traction unit of the film blowing machine can swing horizontally at 180degrees. By means of swinging of traction unit, films can be produced withoutdie head rotation. This voids problems such as requiring of long channel forrotating die head, difficult sealing for the melt, easy material leakage, unevenheating, difficult maintenance, and imprecision film thickness, etc., and this helps simplify the recipe for multi-layer film and reduces production technical difficulty.
The film blowing machine is also available with IBC (Internal Bubble Cooling) system,so as to produce film with higher transparency and better all aroundperformance. Plastic films produced by our film blowing machinery come withgreat flatness, high size precision and can meet high speed printing demands.
