Working Principal

The internal parts of the tire aredifferent by density and thickness, when the X-ray pass through the tire, theX-Ray absorption of each component is different as well. Thus the quantityradiant energy that cab be received by the sensor is also different. After themachine analysis all the data, it can form the tire X-ray digital image withdifferent gray level, from which it detect all kinds of defects inside of thetire, such as bubble, impurities, thread breakages and etc.

2. High precision optical path sizedetection system, with servo movement mechanism, PLC program control imagingboard, rays generator and each tire in the right position, which can guaranteethe whole tire unfold evenly on image board and achieve optimal imaging effect.

3. The unique automatic identificationsystem can automatically recognize all kinds of internal tire defects. Noadditional hardware facilities, and shall not affect the normal detection speedand displayed image, and easy operation. The machine realizes the automaticidentification process and artificial detection of flow synchronously, reducemissing rate of artificial detection and improve the reliability of products.
