Ink Speciality

This is a UV curable inkjet ink for a vast range of flexible, semi-flexible and rigid substrates. Xianglin UV series gives excellent print quality with high surface hardness, excellent durability, scratch resistance, and prodigious covering power that can hide media surface blemishes. The UV curable inks remain liquid until exposed to a curing UV light, avoiding problems of print head blockage and machine down time. The UV curable inks are the best ecological choice of inks with no harmful fumes or VOC’s. They provide fast print rates and fast curing times that make UV printing a better choice than traditional screen printing. Xianglin UV series inks are compatible with the following print heads: Spectra, Xaar, Konica, and other DOD Piezo print heads used with UV flat bed and wide format printers. 

Xianglin UV series ink gives profound adhesion to a vast range of substrates such as: All sheet plastic PVC, PVC foam board, PET, ABS, PC, PE, PP/OPP, acrylic, etc. All metals, with or without finishes, paint, powder coating, anodizing, etc. All glass, ceramics, tiles, wood, and many other surfaces.

Storage Specifications
1. Xianglin ink should be stored indoors at a temperature between 5 and 30°C.
2. Xianglin ink shelf-life is 1 years indoors, when stored as above.
3. Care must be taken to avoid contamination of inks and substrates.
4. Check that the preheat settings are as recommended.
