Beneficiation Process

Lipu beneficiation system is ideal for processing ferrousmetal materials such as manganese ore, iron ore, copper ore, and so on.

The raw stone materials are sent to the jaw crusherfor the primary crushing. Roughly crushed materials are fed to the ball mill bya vibrating feeder for further crushing and grinding, and then are deliveredinto a spiral classifier for classifying.
Classified mineral materials will be separated by the magnetic separator. Then,the magnetic materials will be delivered to tailings ponds, and non-magneticmaterials will enter into the jigger for further separating. After that, thelarge sized particles are ground and classified again, and the classifiedmaterials will be separated and dewatered, thus achieving concentrate ores.
