The DT type rotary pre-made pouch filling machine is ideal for packaging solid products and supports a wide array of bag types, including paper bags and pre-made film laminated bags. The filling machine reduces packaging material consumption and improves sealing property.
Features

This machine allows for a quick pouch changeover between different sizes, while the bag feeding system width is easily adjustable using the regulating handle.
Standard equipped pouch presence detection mechanism: if there is no bag or no bag opening, there is no filling. This avoids filling product and pouch wastage.
A frequency control device allows for free adjustment based on actual machine conditions.
Advanced PLC control with touch screen for easy and user-friendly operations.
