Autoloader for Plastic Material Transfer System

The vacuum loader is used for transferring plastic pellets and regrinds from the material source to a hopper or bin. The autoloaders are applicable for injection molding, plastic granulation, rubber molding, die casting, blow molding, and more.

Features The self-contained hopper loader and remote mount control system feature an easy operation and excellent safety. The stainless steel hopper protects materials against contamination. The microprocessor control system provides simple operations and precise control. Multiple alarms with indicators improve the operation safety. A motor protection device extends the service life. Materials shortage alarm. Independent filter for easy dust removal and cleaning. A vacuum hopper can be mounted directly on the molding machine hopper. A photosensor hopper can also be installed on the molding machine's feeder port. A dust collector is optional for powdery plastics loading, reducing the time needed to clean the filter.
