Description of Emulsifier
We strongly recommend our newly launched meat processing equipment---RHW Emulsifier. Its cutting system is made of knife heads which rotate with the motor shaft and plate, which are mounted in the cutting housing. Each knife head has three replaceable insert blades. It’s adjustable even when running and is easy to operate.
Special Features of Emulsifier:
1) Distance between knife and plate is adjustable
2) 3,6-winged knife head; hole diameter arranged from 0.5mm to 19mm.
3) Low positioned hopper; can be linked directly with Bowl Cutters and Mixers; rollers installed; moveable.
Applications of Emulsifier:
Suitable for processing of meats, cheese, vegetables, sweets and chemical products.
