STC22/24100c CNC pipe threading lathe is primarily a pipe threading machine with a FANUC CNC system, and can produce cylindrical and tapered threads in metric or inch standards. In addition to this, the machine can also do more conventional machining such as arc-cone facing, regular threads, inside and outside surfaces of cylinder-shaped parts, and also disc-shaped pieces.
The CNC pipe threading lathe is suitable for machining drill string, drill string collar, etc., in the petroleum, chemical, water, metallurgy, and power generation industries. It is especially suitable for casing pipe in the petroleum industry. The machine tool can perform to IT7standard of accuracy, and produce surface finish of Ra 1.6 um.
