High Voltage Three Phase Asynchronous Motor (Wound Rotor)

The YR, YRKS, YRKK series high voltage three-phase asynchronous motors/induction motors used the wound rotor as the rotating part. The asynchronous motors/induction motors taken voltage of 6KV have 6 kinds of centre height from H355 to H630, and the asynchronous motors/induction motors taken voltage of KV have 5 center height types for choice from H400 to H630.

Parameters:
1. Consist with the industrial standard of JB/T7594, JB/T10314.1, JB/T10314.2 and JB/T10445 but there are some changes in the mounting arrangement, and power supply.
2. The general mounting arrangement type is IMB3: Horizontal type with pedestal.
3. The operation rating: duty type S1, continuous operation
4. Protection classification: IP23, IP44, IP54
5. Cooling form: IC01, IC81W, IC611, IC616
Note: Customers can sign the special technique agreement when need other mounting arrangements, protection classifications or cooling form.
 
Features ofHigh Voltage Three Phase Asynchronous Motor (Wound Rotor):
1. The pedestal is steel plate welded, features by high rigidity and light weight.
2. Optimized design, easy to be installed and maintained.
3. The stator and rotor are made of silicon steel sheet, reduced the iron consumption.
4. Rotor insulation: F class insulation
5. Rotor core with winding, wound rotor/slip ring rotor produce a high-resistance rotor circuit to bear the centrifugal force when rotating.
6. The sling ring is mounted outside the pedestal of non-the shaft extension side to reduce the motor vibration, and avoid carbon powder from the carbon brush drop into the motor.
7. Sling ring cabinet is equipped with cooling fan and carbon powder filter
8. Roll bearings, and grease lubrication oil lubrication fro choice depending on load capacity and rotating speed.

These series asynchronous motors/induction motors can be applied to drive rolling mills, mills, conveyors, or belt loaders, heavy-load started fanning machines, etc.
