1. This  double-head precision CNC aluminum cutting machine is designed for cutting of aluminium window extrusions, aluminium door extrusions, and aluminium curtain wall extrusions.
2. Its two cutting heads can automatically change cutting angles to achieve 45° and 90° cutting on materials.
3. The right hand side cutting head movement system is designed with a high-lead ball screw. This design provides our CNC aluminium cutting machine high transmission accuracy, precise cutting and steady operation.
4. In order to ensure cutting precision and long service life, the CNC cutting equipment is designed with high hardness alloy sawblades.
5. An air-liquid damping cylinder is utilized to achieve uniform speed adjustment and steady equipment operation.
6. With a protection shield which can auto open and close, the double-head CNC aluminum cutting machine is safe to use.
7. An automatic inductive, middle-positioned material-supporting bracket helps guarantee accurate extrusions positioning and convenient material clamping.
