LC-100 Pump
Compared with other pumps, reciprocating pump with a parallel connection of double plungers and an intelligent control of a microprocessor has higher operating pressure, smaller pulsation and better reliability. What's more, through alternating the double plungers to perfuse, the service life of the piston rod and the leather packing collar are twice longer than those of common pumps with connection in series.
All the mechanical components of the pumps adopt the computer aided design, and all the key spare parts are made in advanced digital control machining center. Additionally, our pumps provide extraordinary machining accuracy and undergo strict pressure tests. So we can ensure that our pump will never have such problem as leakage, and you can feel secure in using it.
The product is provided with process monitoring function. The adopted microprocessor has the flow of the pump under a real-time control and provides an actual monitoring of the perfusion pressure. Our pump will give an alarm and automatically stop operating when the pressure exceeds the limit.
When perform the equality analysis of mono pump, we can shift between various operating modes by pressing four function keys according to the prompts in Chinese on the LCD display of the instrument and can conveniently set the settings of the flow, maximal/minimal pressure limit, working hours, pressure unit and some other parameters related.
Advanced structural design: It is of modular design, and the mechanical parts and circuit parts can be independently assembled/ disassembled for convenient troubleshooting and replacement.
The product adopts the micro drive circuit under a microprocessor control. So the pump driven by the stepper motor can achieve smooth running,low noise and enlarged speed regulation range. Therefore, it can satisfy the requirements of both the routine analysis and the microanalysis of flow well.

LC-100 UV Detector
With advanced digital switch system, the detector can directly output digital signal to the WS100 workstation, thus avoiding the signal distortion and interference.
Our detector with outstanding flow-through cell design can improve every technical index of UV detectors.
The optical path system adopts a precise positioning structure with high accuracy and small deviation. The deuterium lamp and the optical path system use the heat insulation technology for shortened stabilizing hours and min. negative effect (the deuterium lamp brings to the optical path system).
The preamplifier adopts an instrument amplifier with high impedance but low excursion and an A/D switch with high definition. Under common analysis circumstances, its dynamic range can amount to 106, which ensures the precision of logarithmic calculation.

WS100 Workstation
WSl00 chromatogram workstation software realizes the fully automated integration of UV detector and high-pressure constant flow pump, with powerful control function and simple, convenient operation.
The software employs a fully automated digital control system to make the workflow become easier and increase the accuracy of operation. The software mainly comprises two major function modules, namely LC-100 liquid chromatogram control module and the chromatogram data processing module.
Its strong control function allows the instrument to control every unit of LC-100 liquid chromatography system at the same time under a graphic interface, perform the equality analysis, multielement high-pressure gradient purge, wavelength scanning, chromatography scanning and switching event relay, display the flow quantity curves, wavelength scanning curves and so on.
Six kinds of quantitative algorithmic methods: normalization, revised normalization, revised normalization with factor of proportionality, internal standard method, and external standard method and index calculation.
Calibrating operation:
Realize the calibration of standard samples with multiple concentrations and set up a calibration curve of sample concentration and peak area.
Flexible peak identification and disposal: identify and dispose the chromatograph peak through setting the peak disposal parameters and the timing programmer, or dispose manually.
Spectrogram tidy-up: spectrogram, enacted quantitative computing method, peak disposal parameter and peak identification, etc., can be saved in any file titled by the user.
Function
Input the specific time of transformation and the concentration proportioning, and then the gradient operation of multiple pumps up to four sets is realized.
Start up/turn off LC-100 pump; set the initial flow, pressure unit, upper and lower limits of pressure.
UV detector settings: deuterium lamp on/off, filtering hours: wavelength settings and service hours of deuterium lamp, etc.
It adopts an event relay controlled by a timing programmer and can realize many functions, such as, to switch the conversion valve, to separate the recycled mobile phase, etc. These functions have ONLY been realized by our product.
User can perform wavelength scanning during the analysis course as per the actual demand.
It can display the real-time flow quantity and pressure of every set of pump.
Gradient Analysis of Spectrum
User just needs to input the flow quantities of various mobile phases and corresponding time of transformations in the list file to easily and accurately realize the gradient purge. Besides, the software also provides corresponding flow quantity curve of pump to help user to conveniently calibrate the gradient settings and get them more intuitively understanding of the gradient operation progress.
Wavelength Scanning Spectrum during Sample Analysis
During the sample injection course, user can stop the pump and perform scanning upon request, which can help the user to fully understand the sample's different absorptive performance to different UV waves correspondingly, thereby selecting different detection wavelength to different sample and achieving the best analysis result.
Spectrum Scanning
In order to test the deuterium lamp, the software provides the spectrum scanning function. First of all, user can visually detect the brightness of the deuterium lamp under different wavelengths and then decide whether the deuterium lamp should be replaced according to the detections. Secondly, user can also judge the accuracy of the wavelength from two points, namely 486nm and 656nm, in the spectrum.
Comparison of Workstation Spectrums
Through comparing the degree of curve fitting degree of the sample spectrums, user can visually judge the repeatability of the sample peak.
